New Wheels...
First off, we finally got a new car and good riddance to our old one (Pontiac Grand AM)! We're just so in love with our car!
It's a long story how we ended up with this car because we never once thought about getting a Suzuki. Our minds were set on getting a used Hyundai Sonata. Actually, we really wanted a Toyota Matrix but realized we'd best settle with a smaller car while we're in graduate school.
Friday morning, we came in to the dealership to check out the Sonata but discovered that it was sold at an auction, earlier that morning. (GRRR!) The salesman kept showing us this Suzuki Verona, which was just about the same design as the Sonata. We checked it out and drove it aroud. However, we balked at the selling price. Well, thanks to our firm stance on the asking price, we got the Verona (loaded, along with leather seats, etc) at an UNBELIEVABLE price. Ask me in person and I'll tell you the whole story of how this came to be. I think I'm still reeling from the fact we were able to get this car at such a low price.
We just absolutely love our car! Now, we're trying to come up with a name for our baby girl.
