Dr. I. King Jordan to Retire
Today, Dr. I. King Jordan, the first Deaf president of Gallaudet University, announced his upcoming retirement, which will be effective December 31, 2006.
Dr. Glenn Anderson, Chair of Gallaudet's Board of Trustees, announced that a national search will begin after the BOT meeting in October for the next president.
