A Good Sleep
For many of us busy professionals, sometimes we don't get our ideal amount of regular sleep. Some of us are lucky if we even get 6 hours of sleep. Some can get by with 5 or 4 hours of sleep. And few get by with 3 hours or less. Crazy!
I believe that most of us would just love to have 8 hours of sleep. However, I think what we'd really like is to wake up without having stress attack us. You could get 8 hours of sleep but then you wake up stressed already.
Anyways, last week has been a crazy week. Had so many things to do that I was looking forward to the weekend. However, I realized that I had to go out of town for workshops for the weekend. Don't get me wrong, the workshops were interesting. Just that I was already looking forward to coming back home.
So, yesterday, I got home and said very little to KT. Ate a bowl of chicken dumpling. (Thanks, KT!) Then, straight to bed I went.
I can't remember the last time I had a 10-hour sleep. That sure felt good to wake up well rested.
This week should be a good week.
If only we'd have the real Spring weather...
